Jelena Jašović, Fine Artist and Iconographer, was born in 1972 in Belgrade, Serbia, in the family of artists.

Education:
- Masterdegree studies on Orthodox church arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. (1997-1999)
- BFA - Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Belgrade (1990-1995)
- School of Design, Belgrade (1987-1990)
- Studies of iconography in the Iconography studio of Georgiadis, Thessaloniki, Greece. (1996-1998)
- Private studies with Dragomir Jasovic, Belgrade, Serbia

Professional experience:
Since 1995, Jelena has participated in group exhibitions in Paris, London, Athens, Belgrade, Sabac, Paris, Oslo, Thessaloniki, Reykjavík, Sofia.. She has had solo exhibitions in Ohrid (1995), and Belgrade (2000).
Jelena Jasovic has until now painted icons for 7 iconostases for orthodox churches in Belgrade, Macedonia, Montenegro and Greece. She has been working on fresco paintings in several churches all over Europe, alone or in collaboration with her father Dragomir Jasovic, one of the most respected fresco painters and iconographers in Serbia.
Her artwork can be found in numerous private collections around the world, i.e. Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, England, USA, Norway, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia…
She lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia.
